David Hill Trio Records Tracks for New Mainline Release
RIDGEVILLE, S.C. – Gospel music group the David Hill Trio was recently in the studio recording tracks for their upcoming mainline release. The currently untitled project will be the second project for the trio with Gospel Heritage Records, a division of Lamp Music Group.
The new album is being produced by David Hill and Jason Clark (The Nelons). The recording features some of the industry’s most prominent session musicians including Danny Crawford, Jeremy Medkiff, Jason Clark, and Scott Meeder. Tracks were recorded this past August.
“These tracks sound so great,” mentioned David Hill. “We are so excited about the songs that we’ve decided on for this record. I believe people will definitely see this as our finest recording to date!”
“The David Hill Trio is an outstanding talent in this industry,” mentioned produced Jason Clark. “This new record is going to show the world what’s on the heart of the David Hill Trio. I love working with this talented group!”
The new album will also feature songs written by such talented writers as Ricky Atkinson, Nancy Harmon, Jason Clark, Kari Jobe, and group member Amanda Hill.
The debut single will be released later this year. The as-of-yet-untitled album has a tentative release date of this coming December 2009. More information will be released at a later date.
The David Hill Trio has already released two recordings to date – 2007’s Glory & Honor and 2006’s David Hill Trio.
The David Hill Trio recently reached a publicity and web publishing agreement with SSE Group, Inc.

About the David Hill TrioDavid Hill is no stranger to Gospel music. This former pastor has been a part of such notable groups as Gold City, The Nelons, and The Perrys before branching out and forming the David Hill Trio. He is joined by his wife Amanda Hill and family friend Stephanie Lindsey in the trio. Strong vocals, tight harmonies, and songs with substance are things that the David Hill Trio possess.
