Tony Peace Joins the Songfelllows
Nashville, TN- It was originally reported this week that Wayne Maynard was joining The Newly Reformed Songfellows Quartet from Nashville, TN. Due to unforeseen circumstances and prior commitments Maynard will not be joining the group. The baritone position has been filled however by Gospel Music Veteran Tony Peace of Atlanta, GA. Most gospel music fans will remember Tony during the last 16 years with The Wilburns, Master Peace, Palmetto State Quartet, and The Kingsmen. Tony has been featured on such great Top 40 radio singles as "Crowned With Glory Now", "We'll Meet Again" and "God Can Save Anybody, Anywhere, Anytime".Peace will join the Songfellows (Bob Jones, Nick Bruno , Gary Sheppard and Harold Gilley) for their appearances on Sunday September 14 in Louisville, KY and Indiana as well as the Artist Spotlight Showcase Monday afternoon at 3pm at The National Quartet Convention. With Tony Peace now rounding out the baritone spot, this all-star lineup is sure to bless the hearts of fans everywhere!
