Rod Burton’s “Son of Man’s Man” Reaches Top 40
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – (April 27, 2011) – National recording artist Rod Burton’s latest single recently became the popular vocalist’s latest Top 40 single.
The song, titled “Son of Man’s Man,” debuted at #35 on the April 18, 2011 issue of the AbsolutelyGospel.com Top 40 Weekly Chart – the Southern Gospel industry’s most recognized weekly chart.
“I am so excited to see how God has been using this song,” mentioned Rod Burton. “This is a song that so many men can relate to, and I’m so happy that radio has picked up on it and that the fans have enjoyed it as well!”
“Son of Man’s Man” is the debut single from Rod’s latest recording – The Difference. “Son of Man’s Man” was written by industry veteran and singer/songwriter/comedienne Sue Duffield specifically for Rod’s latest project.
Rod released his debut recording for New Hope Music Productions – The Difference – last year. The Difference was produced by Grammy-winning engineer Adrian Payne and co-produced by Rod’s longtime friend and talented session musician Jason Webb. This recording is the first release for the newly formed New Hope Music Productions – a recording company opened by Burton and Darrell Webb last year.
