(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- Music legend Andraé Crouch has died. The Grammy and Dove Award winner passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at approximately 4:30pm PST at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in the Los Angeles area. Andraé, 72, was hospitalized on January 3rd.

To say the legendary Andrae' Crouch was an influence on my life would be a vast understatement. One of the highlights of my career was to perform his classic song, "The Blood Will Never Lose It's Power," as he played the piano during a Bill Gaither video taping - I'll never forget it.
