Jeff King and Chris Latham, owners of Cross Country, are completely hands on in the record making process. They each play, engineer, and produce each song on every album. They are both Nashville veterans, with accolades of their own. Jeff has toured with Reba McEntire for several years and is one of music's most in demand session players.

The ministry of the Award Winning and Award Nominated group Back Home is a true example of the parable of the Prodigal Son. The ups and downs of life are all too familiar to Jimmy and Jennifer Layne. Through suffering several miscarriages, one to a set of twins, Jimmy's struggle with major drug and alcoholism problems and losing both of their well-established jobs within three days of each other, the faithfulness of God has revealed itself time and time again.
