Delta Airlines Employee Theme Song at Lamp Music

Lamp Music recently was selected to produce the Employee Theme song for 2010 by Delta Airlines Corporate offices in Atlanta, GA.

The morning started as early as 4 am for some of the 23 singers that made up the Delta Choir. Singers came from as far as Seattle, Wa, while others came from Salt Lake City, UT, Minneapolis, MN, New Jersey, and Atlanta, GA.

"It was described to me as a kinda 'American Idol' within the ranks of the Delta employees," says Chief Engineer, Mike Pillow. He continues, "each of the participants competed for the reward of singing on the recording which will be distributed through Delta training seminars, and employee events for the rest of the year!"

The event lasted all day as each part of the song was recorded by the choir and several soloists.

Delta project manager Glen Cantrell was extremely pleased with the finished product, "The entire staff of Lamp was excellent to work with on this project. I couldn't be happier, and the project turned out to be a huge success with upper-level management. We'll definitely be using Lamp again in the future."
