The Promise Introduces New Singer

Indian Trail, NC (September 5, 2013) The Promise Partnership Ministries, Inc. welcomes a new vocalists to the group.
When Mandy Wing Foster was three years old, her first solo was “I AM A PROMISE.” Now Mandy will be joining the group, The Promise (formerly Promise Trio) to sing soprano. Debra Carter Peele, leader of the successful group states: “ Mandy has been an understudy for over a year. She had filled in only once, but she never missed a practice and her attitude has been wonderful. She is a highly anointed singer and we are honored to have her join this ministry.”
Mandy replaces Tina McKinney Booth, who left this month at the leading of the Holy Spirit to build her new business, “Tina’s Sound Booth.” She is also forming a new women’s group.
We had no idea that the person the Lord would bring forward would also be a member of First Baptist Church Indian Trail where Debra and Rick are also members.
The Promise’s most recent radio release, “Repair the Old Altar” written by Kyla Rowland and produced by Marty Funderburk, went to #1 on Music to Radio and was selected as a pick hit on the Signing News Chart.
Mandy Wing Foster was born in Daytona Beach, FL, raised by her parents, Ron and Bunny Wing with her brother, Cameron in Ormond Beach, FL. Mandy majored in Music Education at The University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, earning her degree in 2001. She and her husband, Eric married in the summer of 2000 and now have two sons, Will and Ewan. In addition to teaching private voice and piano lessons for nearly ten years, Mandy has also written many Christian scripts which have been performed at McGregor Baptist Church in Fort Myers, FL, and at First Baptist Church of Indian Trail, NC, where she and her family currently reside.
In the last couple of years, Mandy has also written two books with Christian ministries: Remember Me, written for Broken Hearts Ministries, and Without Walls, for Garden of Hope Ministries. Mandy has always loved using whatever gifts, talents and opportunities the Lord has given her for His glory, and her passion is to tell others about the love and saving grace of her Lord, Jesus Christ through music and the creative arts. She is excited to embark on this new journey the Lord has laid before her and can't wait to see what He does with The Promise Music Ministry.

About The Promise
For centuries Christians have sung praises to our Heavenly Father at important events. In Luke 2:13-14 we find that they sang praises on the announcement of the birth of Jesus Christ and Matthew records in chapter 26 that the Apostles sang during the last supper. The Promise keeps this tradition alive by singing the praises of our Savior in churches and concerts across the land.

The Promise Trio Signs Agreement With AG Publicity

Indian Trial, NC (April 16, 2013) Dynamic young trio, The Promise Trio has signed an extensive publicity agreement with AG Publicity.
Deon Unthank of AG Publicity commented, “Though The Promise Trio has not been around a long time, I have watched them grow in their talents and status in Gospel Music. I feel they have a lot to offer with their various ministries and they have the ambition to go forward with what God has called them to do.”
The trio consists of Rick Blessing, Debra Carter Peele and Tina McKinney Booth. Each individual reaches the hearts of people in different ways. Rick has been singing since he was a child in different arenas. He has a vast knowledge of how music outside of the church is performed. Debra reaches out to people who feel they do not belong anywhere. Her personal testimony of feeling not wanted and not fitting in allows her to reach multitudes of people who have similar problems with the solution that Jesus is the answer to their needs. Tina has a strong testimony of how God healed her as a child. Put all three of those together and you have one powerful ministering team.
Debra Carter Peele stated “Almost six years ago, I felt the Lord leading me to start a group that would sing praises to Him but I resisted. I do not read a note of music and I had a terrible fear of speaking in front of people, much less singing. Then, I lost my hearing in my right ear in an accident. How could the Lord use me? I was broken and unqualified. In an act of obedience, I started The Promise Trio. Praise goes to God; He delivered me from the fear. He sent me Tina McKinney Booth and Rick Blessing and we have been ministering ever since.”

The Promise Trio can be reached to minister at your church or concert at http://www.thepromisetrio.com/trio, info@thepromisetrio.com, and you can also reach her at http://www.facebook.com/thepromisetrio.
