Franklin, TN (Mansion Entertainment) March 29th, 2011 – Songwriters Brian and Angela Monehan become the newest additions to the Mansion Publishing Division’s family of songwriters.

Brian has been involved in Southern Gospel Music for many years. In March of 1993 Brian joined the Kevin Spencer Family (later Kevin Spencer and Friends). The same year the group won Singing News ‘Horizon Group of the Year’ and Gospel Voice’s ‘Sunrise Group of the Year’. Brian has appeared on the Gaither Gospel Homecoming series videos, being featured with KSF on ‘All Day Singin’, ‘Dinner on the Ground’ and ‘Sunday Meetin’ Time’. In 1996 the group had the Gospel Voice’s ‘Song of the Year’ with “The Blood Still There”. Add to that list of accomplishments Brian’s many television appearances on INSP and TBN.
In 1995, Brian married his wife Angela, who had previously performed with one of the first and premier female trios in Southern Gospel Music, The Perry Sisters. During her tenure with the Perry Sisters, Angela was nominated for ‘Favorite Alto’ by the readers of the Singing News Magazine. Brian and Angela ventured into a ministry of their own in 1997 where they have recorded four projects to date. Their songs have been recorded by numerous artists and have had their music included on Motor Racing Outreach’s (NASCAR) project, ‘Victory Lane’. Their music has taken them outside of the United States to Jamaica and Germany. Currently they reside in Little Rock, Arkansas where Brian serves as a Pastor and they continue to collaborate as a husband and wife songwriting team.
