The Bowling Family Signs With Daywind Records

Hendersonville, TN (July 30, 2014) Daywind Records is pleased to announce the addition of the Bowling Family to its award-winning roster of artists.

The Bowling Family is a mixed group that consists of Mike and Kelly Bowling, their 14-year-old daughter Hope, vocalist Troy Peach and pianist John Jeffrey.

Peach has been a part of various ministries – including the Wilburns, the Steeles and the Perrys – while Jeffrey was previously with the Greenes.

Mike Bowling left his successful solo career to form what was then called the Mike Bowling Group in 2005, and

Bowling Family Nabs 10 Nominations For 2014 Absolutely Gospel Music Awards

Nashville, TN (January 30, 2014) On their road back to the top of the Southern Gospel Music scene, the Bowling Family is among the leaders with 10 nominations for the highly respected Absolutely Gospel Music Awards. The Award Celebration will be held on Tuesday, April 15th at the River of Life Church in Smyrna, TN.

Mike and Kelly Bowling are the only husband/wife combination to ever win the Favorite Male Vocalist and Favorite Female Vocalist simultaneously in the same year. They are nominated for those categories again this year.

The Bowling Family finds themselves once again nominated for the top awards of Song of the Year and Album of the Year. In addition to the group nominations for the Bowlings, Mike, Kelly and Troy Peach are all nominated to individual awards also.

The Absolutely Gospel Music Awards, often called the “classiest” awards in the industry have been presented since 2002 by the staff of AbsolutelyGospel.com. Hoskins Family Recording New Project at Daywind this Month

{EHA-Nashville, TN} The acclaimed Hoskins Family, Southern Gospel group from Waynesville, Ohio, continues to thrive and see doors open since the re-launch of their popular music ministry. They are headed to Daywind studios March 25th to lay down music tracks for their new project. The sought-after talents of Jason Webb, one of Music Row’s favorite session leaders, are in place for the project. The group will be going back into the studio within 3 weeks to record vocals.

The project will be a “Greatest Hits” with fan favorites that will include; “Safe Thus Far,” “When the Savior Wipes the Tears,” and “Places to Go, People to see,” along with new songs. Angie Hoskins and Mike Bowling will be producing the project.

The family group has been criss-crossing the country for years ministering in song, with appearances at major events in Gospel Music; such as, Gospel Music Television’s “World Premier,” the National Quartet Convention, Dollywood, Branson’s Silver Dollar City, Gaither Homecoming Tours, INSP, TBN, and more.

Members include Angie Hoskins-Aldridge, Reva Hoskins, Abby Aldridge, Ricky Hoskins, and Rick Smith. Recognition like Dove Award nominations have validated them within a professional context; however, their fan-base remained consistently supportive of their music after they were forced to leave the road due to a family health situation.
