Nashville, TN – Grammy® nominated and mult-award winning gospel group Ernie Haase & Signature Sound recently received a special assignment from the Governor of Wisconsin, Mr. Scott Walker. The popular group was invited to perform at the Annual Greater Milwaukee Governor's Prayer Breakfast, which was held on the National Day of Prayer, May 2, 2013.
In addition to Governor Scott Walker, the featured speaker was Jolinda Wade, mother of NBA basketball superstar Dwyane Wade. Ernie Haase & Signature Sound delighted the crowd with selections from their latest recording, Glorious Day, along with familiar favorites.
"It was truly an honor to be asked to perform at this very special event" commented Haase. "Thank you to Governor Scott Walker and the entire team for asking us to be a part of the Milwaukee Governor's Prayer Breakfast!"
The Milwaukee event has been held for over 40 years.
