Daryl Williams Signs Agreement With AG Publicity

Prattville, AL (September 20, 2013) Award winning singer/songwriter Daryl Williams has signed an agreement with AG Publicity. Daryl has written over 1,100 songs with many of them huge hits in the Gospel music world.
Deon Unthank of AG Publicity said “Daryl is a personal friend whom I have known for thirteen years. I've watched him go through good times and bad times and can tell you that he lives what he writes about. I am thrilled to be able to send news of Daryl Williams around the world.”
Williams has had such Gospel hits as: The Gaither Vocal Band - “Promises One By One” and “Singing With The Saints”, the Cathedral Quartet - “Blessed By The Hand Of The Lord”, the Greenes - “When God Has Another Plan” and “Jerusalem Coming Down”, Jake Hess - “I Got Blessed”, the Talleys - “Jesus Saves”, “Typical Day”, and “Surely”, Gold City - “Nobody’s There”, the Collingsworth Family - “Just Another Rainy Day”, Ivan Parker - “The Best Hallelujah In The House” and “Between Two Thieves”, the Kingsmen Quartet - “Joy’s Gonna Come In The Morning”, the Speer Family - “Another Hallelujah Coming On”, and of course any one who is anyone has recorded “Glory To God In The Highest” on their Christmas Album.
Daryl Williams sang with the Speer Family before forming his own group and he is announcing the reformation of the Daryl Williams Trio. Consisting of Daryl, Shannon Knight and Brent Mitchell, Daryl commented “I've never been more excited about forming a group than I have this one. About Daryl Williams
Daryl was born in the San Francisco Bay Area town of Burlingame, and grew up in San Jose California. His mother was active in Gospel Concert Promotions, and Daryl fell in love with Gospel Music at an early age. He remembers vividly spending time as a child with such Gospel legends as Doris Akers, Jake Hess and Vestal Goodman. It was at the age of 7 that Daryl decided he wanted to write his first song. There are now over 1,100 songs in his catalog. Daryl went on to study music at California State University, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Music.
From 1994 to 2008 Daryl traveled full time with his own ministry team, the Daryl Williams Trio. They recorded 10 CD’s and appeared on many Gaither Homecoming Videos and Concerts. They also appeared as regulars for 7 years on TBN’s Unfolding Majesty program with hosts Dean and Mary Brown.
