Film Echoes Real Need
● 14 million U.S. children live below the poverty line; 6 million in extreme poverty.
● 35 percent of black children live in poor families, 31 percent Hispanic, 15 percent Asian and 11 percent Anglo.
● Food insecurity is a fact of life for 21 percent of U.S. homes with children.

Samantha Crawford is living a storybook life: she’s happily married, she lives on a ranch where she keeps her beloved horse, and the stories she’s told and illustrated since childhood have become published books.

When her husband, Billy, is killed in a senseless act of violence, Sam loses her faith and her will to live. But a death-defying encounter with two children leads to a reunion with Joe, her oldest friend.

As Sam watches “Papa Joe” care for and love the kids in his under-resourced neighborhood, she begins to realize that no matter life’s circumstances, God’s love is always reaching out to us.

Bank Robber to Choir Leader—African-American computer prodigy Joseph Bradford was among the first convicted of robbing a bank by hacking its ATMs. A $200 score—which he returned—landed him in maximum security prison where a religious conversion changed his life. Talk to “Papa Joe.”

From Hedge Funds to Faith Films—Harbinger Media Partners—producer of UNCONDITIONAL—features an odd combination—a successful hedge fund manager turned faith film “angel.” Meet Jason Atkins.

Inmates to See UNCONDITIONAL Starting Easter Weekend—Prison Fellowship CEO Jim Liske and his team will show UNCONDITIONAL at prisons across the country beginning Easter weekend to encourage inmates.
