According to Beene, the February 14 concert in Bothell, WA sold out so quickly that a matinee concert at 2pm has been schedule. “I have never seen any concert tour sell out so quickly,” Beene shares. “We are absolutely thrilled to be able to offer the matinee in addition to the evening concert to allow more fans to be able to enjoy the stop in Bothell!”
Beene also states that several other West Coast concerts are quickly approaching sell-out status, including Portland, where Beene says that a very limited number of seats available are available.

Ronnie Booth Releases Third Volume of "A Gospel Tribute To The King"

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (Dec. 2, 2014) – Following the success of the first two projects in the series, Ronnie Booth releases “A Tribute to the King, Volume 3” today. The 10-song, Daywind project is the third in a series that includes the gospel songs of Elvis Presley, as performed by Booth.

Booth is the lead singer of award-winning trio, the Booth Brothers. He has won the last six Singing News Fan Awards for favorite lead singer and the last four Singing News Fan Awards for favorite male singer.

Gary Prim has produced all three of the “A Tribute to the King” projects. The first in the series was released in 2008 and included “He Touched Me” and “Peace in the Valley,” while the second volume was a 12-song collection that contained “A Thing Called Love” and “If the Lord Wasn’t Walking By My Side.”

“I think Ronnie did a fantastic job with his take on the old Elvis gospel arrangements,” emphasizes Prim. “He gets the essence and heart of the sound without being a sound-alike. It is always a pleasure to work with Ronnie Booth.”

New Jim Brady Trio and New Booth Brothers debut at Legacy Five's New Year's Eve Celebration

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 17, 2014) – The debut of the Jim Brady Trio and the Booth Brothers first concert with new group member Paul Lancaster will highlight Legacy Five’s New Year’s Eve Celebration, which will be held at Nashville’s Gaylord Opryland Hotel. Brady has spent the last 12 years as the baritone singer of the award-winning Booth Brothers trio, but he will now be singing with his wife Melissa and former Legacy Five pianist Tim Parton as the Jim Brady Trio debuts on Thursday morning, Jan. 1. Paul Lancaster is joining the Booth Brothers, and he will make his debut with the group on Wednesday evening, Dec. 31. That will also be Brady’s last concert with the group. Booth Brothers Headline Sneed Family Homecoming

Nashville, TN (February 14, 2014) The Booth Brothers with their harmony-drenched vocals and warm, easy voices have been sharing their faith and their music full-time since 1998. These men get their musical influences from a wide range of performers from the Eagles, to the Gatlin Brothers, to legendary gospel greats such as Bill Gaither and Mosie Lister, but their inspiration comes straight from God.

Ronnie and Michael grew up with the sound of music in their home. Raised in Tampa, Florida, their father, Ron Booth Sr., sang in several southern gospel groups, including the Rebels Quartet. Ronnie and Michael began traveling with their father as the Booth Brothers in 1990. Father and sons ministered together for the next eight years, singing wherever God opened the doors .

In 1998, Ron Sr. retired from the stage so Ronnie and Michael began looking for a new singing partner. They had several capable singers come through the group, but finally teamed up with Jim Brady, formerly of The Schulers.

The combination has worked for over ten years and Jim has become an integral part of the group adding his ability for writing great songs. This trio has been gracing fans and blessing audiences with their appearances on the Gaither Homecoming tour and their own fairly heavy touring schedule over the last several years. They are known for their high energy and humorous yet touching concerts, but their deepest desire is to show God’s love, grace and forgiveness through the song God has given them to sing. The Booth Brothers’ dedication to the music they love has rewarded them with multiple awards and recognitions.

The host artist for this event are following in the footsteps of such greats as Naomi and the Segos and the Hoppers. These groups have made indelible marks in the professional attitude of the Sneed Family. It is by following the example of these spectacular artists that they are carving a distinctive and lasting niche in their own right. Absolutely Gospel Music Announces 2013 (AGM) Awards Winners

Nashville, TN (April 12, 2013) The 2013 Absolutely Gospel Music (AGM) Awards were handed out last night at a special concert celebration in Smyrna, Tennessee. The Booth Brothers and Sisters were the night’s big winners.

The Booth Brothers took home four awards during the program. The group was awarded their sixth Male Group of the Year title and seventh Best Live Performer award in addition to winning Special Event Project of the Year for Jubilee 3 (along with Greater Vision and Legacy Five). Group vocalist and songwriter Jim Brady, who was also one of the co-hosts during the evening, was awarded his second Songwriter of the Year (Artist) title.

Critically acclaimed vocal ensemble and siblings Sisters were awarded four Ovations during the evening. Sisters was named Female Group of the Year for a third consecutive year. The group was also awarded Progressive Album of the Year for their stellar An A Cappella Collection. In addition, vocalist Kim Lord was handed the Female Vocalist of the Year title and received a rousing standing ovation after her name was called.

Karen Peck had a good year as well. She, along with her group New River, were awarded their second consecutive Song of the Year award for the #1 smash hit “Mighty Big God,” making it Karen’s stirring solo album How You Walk the Miles was the surprise winner in the Album of the Year category as well.

Additional artists who won multiple awards included Brian Free & Assurance (Progressive Song of the Year for "I Want to Be That Man" and Male Vocalist of the Year for Bill Shivers), The Isaacs (Mixed Group of the Year and Country Song of the Year for "Waiting In the Water"), and Michael English (Producer of the Year Artist and Fan Favorite Artist of the Year).

One of the biggest awards of the evening – 2013 Pacesetter Award – was handed Godsey & Associates – a forward-thinking and cutting edge media company.

The staff of AbsolutelyGospel.com and the Unthank family was proud to award the Susan Unthank Memorial Award to Donna King. This award honors women who have worked in this field of music and made a resounding impact on Southern Gospel music. In addition to the Susan Unthank Memorial Award, Donna took home the Producer of the Year (Professional) title making history as the very first woman to be awarded Producer of the Year.

The event was hosted by Darrell & Chris Freeman (of The Freemans) and Jim & Melissa Brady. The evening featured show-shopping performances from the Booth Brothers, Michael English, The Isaacs, Karen Peck & New River, Brian Free & Assurance, Sisters with Lari Goss, the Bowling Family, Soul’d Out Quartet, Tribute Quartet, The Browders, Beyond the Ashes, The Williamsons, and the aforementioned Jim & Melissa Brady and The Freemans. The awards program also featured a special appearance by Libbi Perry Stuffle.

“This year featured some of the most impactful performances we’ve ever seen,” mentioned Deon Unthank, President of AbsolutelyGospel.com “There were so many standing ovations that it was hard to keep track. The evening was spirit filled and featured so many anointed performances. We could not have been happier with how the event went.”

The Absolutely Gospel Music Awards are an annual award handed out each year by the staff at AbsolutelyGospel.com. Each January, the staff decides upon the nominees in over twenty categories. NASHVILLE (January 25, 2013) — Some of the top names in Gospel Music will take the stage January 29 in Nashville at Trinity Broadcasting Network's Trinity Music City, as Grammy Award-winning Christian music artist Jason Crabb hosts a special live TBN taping of the 2013 SGMG Harmony Honors.

Sponsored by the Southern Gospel Music Guild (SGMG), the annual SGMG Harmony Honors celebrates the best and brightest singers, songwriters, quartets, and groups in this unique American musical genre that has comforted, inspired, and entertained generations of fans.

This year the Harmony Honors recognize gospel songwriters Mosie Lister, Squire Parsons, Ronny Hinson, Rodney Griffin, Phil Cross, and Dianne Wilkinson. SGMG president Judy Nelon noted that many of the songs penned by these writers are now considered classics, and have been recorded and performed by scores of artists in gospel, country, and other genres of music. “It is a privilege to be able to honor this elite group of gospel music's legacy songwriters,” she said. “Their work continues to inspire individuals of all ages and backgrounds.”

This special edition of TBN's signature “Praise the Lord” show will feature performances from a number of popular artists, including the Booth Brothers, the Bowling Family, Gold City, Greater Vision, Jeff & Sheri Easter, the Kingdom Heirs, LeFevre Quartet, the Nelons, Three Bridges, Tribute Quartet and Palmetto State Quartet featuring Grammy Award-winning country music great Wynonna Judd.

"I am honored to host the 2013 SGMG Harmony Honors and to be a part in recognizing these amazing songwriters,” said Jason Crabb, a regular TBN “Praise the Lord” host. “I cut my teeth on their songs, and their work has been a big part of my own musical heritage.”

Greater Vision: From Sea To Shining Sea...Literally

We are STILL rolling back to the Southeast, after a fantastic week in Arizona and California! We're scheduled to arrive in Warner Robins, Georgia just in time for sound-check at 2nd Baptist Church!

A very special "thank you" for all the great comments about last Saturday's LIVE webcast from Highland, California! With only a two-hour notice, more than 7,100 people "logged on" at some point during the concert, and more than 1500 people were able to watch the concert from beginning to end! We have received emails and Facebook & Twitter posts from all across the country, and even as far away as New Zealand. Today's technology is really remarkable, and we're very thankful to the wonderful Media Team at Immanuel Baptist Church in Highland, California for making the webcast possible.

Several people who missed the webcast have written to ask why we couldn't give more than two hours of notice about the webcast. We actually sent the email notice and Facebook & Twitter posts as soon as we had confirmation that the webcast was going to happen. Others have asked why we don't make webcasts available more often. The answer is really simple... not many places have the technology available to provide the kind of quality webcast that was available on Saturday. Also, the internet bandwidth required to allow for large numbers of people to "stream" high quality webcasts is costly. The folks at Immanuel Baptist were very kind to take on the task, provide the staffing and Tech Crew, and cover the expense of the webcast, so you could watch it without having to cover the costs. We're pretty sure the folks in Highland were surprised at the large number of people who "logged on" to watch. It would be great if you would consider dropping them a quick email to thank them for providing the webcast, post a thank you note on their Facebook Page.

We have another New Year's Eve Celebration behind us. Friends from all across the nation joined us for what some say was the best Celebration ever! We had guests from 44 states and 3 Canadian Provinces. Highlights of the week included the Christmas Jubilee with Greater Vision and the Booth Brothers. My father-in-law, Ken Davis gave as good of a message as I have ever heard him give. As always, we all enjoyed a few surprise guests as well. Getting Ready to Sail!

Many of you will be joining us on January 19th for an incredible cruise. I am so excited about this cruise for two reasons: First of all, even though I have been on about 30 cruises, I have NEVER taken this particular itinerary before. We will be cruising to the Caribbean up close as we sail right into the stunning ports of call of, Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos, Puerto Rico, St. Maarten and Half Moon Cay, Bahamas.
