Eric Dove Wins Favorite Baritone at SGM FanFair Awards

FanFair Award winners were announced last night at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The SGM FanFair Awards were handed out as a part of the 6th Annual SGM FanFair.

Two time SGM FanFair Award winners the Dove Brothers were nominated for several awards during the evening, and Eric Dove was named the winner of the Favorite Baritone award.

“Thank you to everyone who placed a vote for me for Favorite Baritone,” said Eric Dove. “I feel very fortunate that I get to do what I do for a living and winning something like this is just an added bonus!”

The Dove Brothers were also nominated for Favorite Male Quartet, an award they won in both 2008 and 2009. In addition, group owner and manager McCray Dove was nominated for Favorite Male Vocalist. Winners and nominees for the SGM FanFair Awards were chosen by the readers of Christian Voice Magazine and attendees of the SGM FanFair.

The Dove Brothers are currently in the process of recording their follow-up to the critically acclaimed and SGN Music Award nominated Hold On record. More information on the new release will be announced at a later date.

Be listening for the group’s current single – “Hold On” – at Southern Gospel radio all across the country.
