Heavens Highway Releases Follow-Up Single to First Top 40 Hit
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Fresh on the heels of scoring their first Singing News Top 40 hit, powerful Country/Southern Gospel group Heavens Highway is excited to announce the release of their new single to Southern Gospel radio.
The single, titled “When God Made a Promise,” was released to Southern Gospel radio this month through both Spin-N-Motion Promotions and Patterson Promotions. The new single can be found on Spin-N-Motion Radio Promotions March 2010 disc and Patterson Promotions Compilation, Vol. 1.
David Timms of Heavens Highway said, “We are so excited about releasing another song to Southern Gospel radio. We could not believe just how much radio got behind our last single – ‘Longing to Go.’ We know they are going to love ‘When God Made a Promise.’ It’s a song with a timeless message that we as a group believe in!”
“When God Made a Promise” is the follow-up single to “Longing to Go” – the group’s first Singing News Top 40 hit. The song spent several months on the chart before peaking at #34. In addition, the song was a regular fixture on the SoGospelNews.com Top 40 Chart, Southern Gospel Times Top 40 Fan Chart, and other Southern Gospel radio reports.
“When God Made a Promise” and “Longing to Go” are both on Heavens Highway’s latest recording – Deep Roots.
